Your unique opportunities

As an HR Project Associate, you’ll closely collaborate with all the People & Culture team members and contribute to high-impact projects that touch every part of the employee lifecycle.

Your focus: enhancing HR processes to be more efficient, insightful, data-informed, and fully aligned with organizational efficiency and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Coordinate tasks and timelines across HR domains (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning)
  • Support People & Culture projects — from launching onboarding flows to improving feedback systems and internal tools
  • Track, update, and visualize data (think Google Sheets dashboards, trackers, survey summaries, etc.)
  • Prepare documents and process materials (handbooks, guides, templates)
  • Participate in culture, engagement, and learning initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with managers, recruiters, and operations team

Your unique skillset

  • Organized, curious, and proactive — you enjoy building structure, solving problems, and learning as you go
  • A recent graduate in Business, Economics, or Marketing
  • Confident using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and keeping digital systems tidy and efficient
  • Fluent in English and Armenian, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • AI-friendly and growth-minded — you’re open to exploring how AI tools can boost your productivity, automate repetitive tasks, or support creative problem-solving
  • Passionate about people, processes, and progress — you care about building meaningful employee experiences and improving how HR works behind the scenes
