As an HR Project Associate, you’ll closely collaborate with all the People & Culture team members and contribute to high-impact projects that touch every part of the employee lifecycle.
Your focus: enhancing HR processes to be more efficient, insightful, data-informed, and fully aligned with organizational efficiency and operational excellence.
You will:
- Coordinate tasks and timelines across HR domains (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning)
- Support People & Culture projects — from launching onboarding flows to improving feedback systems and internal tools
- Track, update, and visualize data (think Google Sheets dashboards, trackers, survey summaries, etc.)
- Prepare documents and process materials (handbooks, guides, templates)
- Participate in culture, engagement, and learning initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with managers, recruiters, and operations team
