Your unique opportunities

  • Participate in developing sustainable and competitive recruitment and hiring plans and strategies based on TCF culture and vacancies’ specifications;
  • Design, plan and execute the selection process (CV screening, phone screening, group discussions, testing, interviews, etc.);
  • Source and attract candidates using various sourcing techniques;
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or recruiting events;
  • Represent TCF internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities;
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
  • Ensure outstanding candidate experience;
  • Implement the onboarding process for newly hired team members;
  • Follow and analyze the recruitment metrics and continuously improve them.

Your unique skillset

  • 3+ years of extensive experience in talent acquisition roles (preferably in creative environments, start-ups, etc․);
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and various candidate selection methods;
  • Hands-on experience with creating catchy job postings and disseminating them through targeted channels;
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing of potential candidates on different platforms;
  • Sound experience in technical recruitment using professional platforms and sources;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
