- Participate in developing sustainable and competitive recruitment and hiring plans and strategies based on TCF culture and vacancies’ specifications;
- Design, plan and execute the selection process (CV screening, phone screening, group discussions, testing, interviews, etc.);
- Source and attract candidates using various sourcing techniques;
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or recruiting events;
- Represent TCF internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities;
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience;
- Implement the onboarding process for newly hired team members;
- Follow and analyze the recruitment metrics and continuously improve them.
