• You have 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving social media growth and engagement.
• You're a wizard in community management techniques and know what makes social pages thrive.
• You’re a pop culture junkie and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social trends.
• You’re able to work quickly to capitalize on breaking news, memes, and trends.
• You know how storytelling works and are capable of crafting TikToks, Reels, and Shorts that entertain, resonate, and deliver results.
• You have hands-on experience in META ads and mobile messenger marketing.
• You know when to trust the numbers and when to follow your gut.
• You’re a social media growth hacker who understands how to effectively utilize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• You’re fluent in English—both written and spoken—and can communicate clearly and confidently.
• You are a self-starter who loves to collaborate and can comfortably take the lead when required.
• You stay ahead of social media news, always curious, always learning, always experimenting.
