Your unique opportunities

  • Be the main contact point between all stakeholders: the marketing team and partners, and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (visual content, advertising, copy, etc.), plan, and monitor marketing campaigns to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee A/B testing for campaign elements like visuals, headlines, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of e-commerce platforms and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and drive sales.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the functionality and performance of e-commerce platforms (mainly Shopify), ensuring they are optimized for customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Your unique skillset

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a marketing project manager, campaign manager or another relevant role;
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Communications;
  • Business writing and speaking skills in English;
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills;
  • Adaptability and critical thinking;
  • Conflict management and resolution skills;
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally;
  • Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment;
  • Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, and digital marketing․
