Your unique opportunities

  • Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms, addressing their questions professionally and effectively.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage potential customers through personalized conversations, clearly and persuasively answering their questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them toward making a purchase decision.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary touchpoint, providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive product information to potential customers.
  • Data Management: Accurately track interactions, conversions, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring meticulous organization and easy accessibility for analysis.
  • Insight Reporting: Regularly provide concise and insightful reports during team meetings, highlighting conversion rates, common inquiries, and opportunities for improving sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback, refine sales techniques, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer sales journey.

Your unique skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2C sales or customer support roles, preferably within e-commerce or digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and convert leads into customers.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with messaging platforms like ManyChat is advantageous).
  • Interest or familiarity with consumer behavior and sales techniques.
