Head of PR and Influencer Marketing

TCF is a crowdfunding and e-commerce marketing agency with 70+ team members, partnering with brands to launch and scale products globally. We're looking for a Head of PR & Influencer Marketing to lead both directions under one roof — a rare operator who can own strategy, manage teams, and deliver results across earned media and creator-driven channels.

This is a unified leadership role. You'll bring deep expertise in either PR or Influencer Marketing — one of these is your core strength — while being capable of overseeing and developing the other. Working closely with the COO, you'll be responsible for the performance, growth, and operational health of both directions.

Direction Leadership

• Set the strategy and growth roadmap for TCF's PR and Influencer Marketing directions

• Own the performance and delivery standards across both client portfolios

• Develop and maintain playbooks, frameworks, and service standards for both directions

• Identify cross-direction synergies — where PR amplifies influencer, and vice versa

• Report on direction-level KPIs to the COO and contribute to agency-wide planning

Team Management

• Directly manage and develop individual team members across both PR and Influencer teams

• Set clear KPIs, run regular performance reviews, and build a culture of ownership and growth

• Ensure cross-functional alignment with copy, design, video, and client-facing teams

• Build capacity and hiring pipelines as both directions scale

Client & Campaign Management

• Act as the senior point of contact for key PR and influencer accounts

• Lead campaign strategy, creator/media selection, briefing, and performance tracking

• Own outreach quality, placement standards, and influencer relationship management

• Prepare and present performance reports with clear insights and growth recommendations

Your unique skillset

• 6+ years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, or both — with deep expertise in at least one

• Proven track record of running successful campaigns: product launches, earned media, or creator-led activations

• At least 2 years managing a team — you know how to hire, develop, and hold people accountable

• Comfortable owning a direction end-to-end: strategy, execution, client communication, and reporting

• Data-oriented: you track what matters, identify what's working, and make decisions from it

• Excellent communicator in English — written and verbal — able to manage clients and brief teams clearly

• Agency background strongly preferred; you're used to running multiple accounts simultaneously

• Bonus: experience bridging PR and influencer as integrated channels within a single campaign
