- Build, curate and maintain databases from a variety of internal and external sources of structured and unstructured data. Contribute to data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering tasks.
- Applying statistical techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, correlations, and trends,
and develop predictive models that provide insights and support decision-making. - Utilizing machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques to discover hidden patterns, build predictive models, and develop algorithms for automation and optimization.
- Experiment Design and A/B Testing: Designing and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of changes, and optimize business processes.
- Strong understanding of statistical probability distributions, bias, error and power as well as sampling and resampling methods.
- Creating visual representations of data analysis results to effectively communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Working closely with domain experts, business stakeholders, and other data professionals to understand business objectives, develop data-driven solutions, and drive implementation.
- Act as a mentor for junior Product Data Scientists, providing guidance on their development, and supporting and reviewing delivery when needed.
