Do I have to pay to participate?

No, Growth Formula is completely tuition-free. We invest in top-tier talent by providing hands-on training, real-world case experience, and exclusive hiring opportunities for exceptional performers.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?

No. We do not issue certificates. The real achievement is earning your place at TCF and to gain practical, on-field experience with real case studies.

Where will the program take place?

The program is on-site at TCF’s office. You will work directly with our teams and mentors.

What is the schedule like?

Growth Formula is an intensive, 2-month full-time commitment, running Monday to Friday. You'll engage in a daily mix of hands-on workshops, team rotations, and real-time execution on live international projects.

Is prior experience in marketing or AI required?

You don't need a marketing degree, but basic AI familiarity is required. Since Growth Formula covers advanced AI workflows, you should already know how to use basic prompts and tools or be ready to pick them up while completing your application. We’ll handle the advanced strategies and industry execution.

What happens after I apply?

You will be contacted for group discussions, individual interviews, and a trial week. Selected participants will start the program shortly after.

How selective is the program?

Highly selective. We keep cohort spots to guarantee hands-on mentorship and direct engagement with TCF leads on live projects. Quality over quantity, always.
