1. Is this a paid program?

No. Growth Formula is a free recruitment and training program. The value of participation is in the skills, mentorship, and the chance to receive a full-time job offer from TCF.

2. Will I receive a certificate after completion?

No. We do not issue certificates. The real achievement is earning your place at TCF and to gain practical, on-field experience with real case studies.

3. Where will the program take place?

The program is on-site at TCF’s office. You will work directly with our teams and mentors.

4. What is the schedule like?

You will participate in focused learning and project sessions over 1.5 months, typically full-time, Monday to Friday.

5. Can I apply if I have no marketing background?

Yes. Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and strong English communication are more important than experience. We are there to teach you the rest.

6. What happens after I apply?

You will be contacted for group discussions, individual interviews, and a trial week. Selected participants will start the program shortly after.

7. How many people will be accepted?

We keep the group small to ensure personal mentorship and meaningful results.

8. What kind of roles can graduates expect?

Graduates may be offered roles in strategy, marketing, design, copywriting, or operations within TCF.
